Aureus Swords is run by a couple whose passion among others is HEMA. They conduct sword training and research fighting techniques along with practicing actively. They also deal in melee weapon orientation. The idea of their blades came to life in 2010, and production began in August 2017. They use high-tech methods of production to ensure identical parameters for all of their blades. The edge design puts the emphasis on the engagement during fuhlen as they want the feders to bind as well as sharp swords. The slogan for their feders is “Blades for HEMA. Modern, fast, safe.”
